16 Celebs Who Rocked the Met Gala's Red Carpet While Pregnant

As the 2018 Met Gala approaches, it's only natural to look back at the most iconic fashion moments from the big night in years past. Though pregnant celebs might have taken a pass on hitting the red carpet ages ago, it's become much more common for those with babies on board to attend the big event over the past decade. After all, there's no reason moms-to-be shouldn't attend — especially if they're feeling up for a party. And while we can't wait to see what pregnant attendees wear to this year's gala (the theme is "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination"), the ways A-listers have dressed their bumps in the past have been pretty epic.

Ahead, scope our favorite Met Gala baby bump moments.

Considering that Klum has been pregnant three times and that she attends the Met Gala frequently, it's not surprising that she attended with a full-on bump one year. The German supermodel worked a J.Mendel frock that fit perfectly with the theme that year: "Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion."

Though it's definitely not obvious, Bündchen said that at this event, she was actually two months pregnant with her first child. Of course, that didn't stop her from choosing a striking sparkly Versace minidress for the occasion.
